Workshop: Shame + Taking Up Space

Service Description

Join us for an integration workshop where we’ll slow down and get curious about our relationship with shame through expressive art, writing, and conversation. I’ll guide us through a simple expressive art exercise exploring “if your shame were a place, what would it look like?” You don’t need any artistic experience or special materials. We’ll then use expressive writing to process what came up and end with a group discussion. Sharing is always optional. You can talk about your experience, share your reflections, ask questions, or just listen.
